Favourite part of your job: Creating and fostering a professional environment where my team feels inspired to grow and create beautiful spaces for our clients. 

Describe your dream home aesthetic: Organic Modern with a refined minimalism - a style that values natural materials, quiet elegance and intentional layering. It features a carefully curated blend of stone, wood, textured plaster and mixed surfaces, layered with precision to add depth without visual noise. The overall feeling is one of serene simplicity - an environment that breathes, rather than shouts.

Coffee order: Small strong latte.

Hobbies/interests outside of work: Enjoying time with my three boys, Reformer Pilates, or unwinding with a glass of wine and a cheese board.

Role at Bungalow Home: Design Director

Favourite part of your job: Freedom to be creative and explore a wide range of design aesthetics. I love the challenge of pushing creative boundaries and crafting unique, personalised spaces that truly reflect each client’s story. Every project is an opportunity to evolve, experiment, and bring something original to life. 

Describe your dream home aesthetic: A clean, neutral foundation that feels calm, timeless and effortlessly refined. I love layering a variety of natural materials - stones, textured finishes and mixed surfaces to create subtle visual interest and depth, whilst keeping the space open and uncluttered. 

Coffee order: Skinny cap.

Hobbies/interests outside of work: I find balance in the simple rituals of daily life - early mornings are my favourite, often spent catching the sunrise with a walk or a coffee in hand and my doggo. Health and wellbeing are important to me, so I make time for regular gym sessions and staying active.

Role: Operations Manager (Currently on mat leave)

Favourite part of your job: Working with and guiding such a wonderful, creative team! It’s such a privilege to be able to enjoy my job and still have fun every day. 

Describe your dream home aesthetic: Anything with colour! I am a bit of a home body so I want it to be extremely fun, but still calm.

Hobbies/interests outside of work: Renovating homes has become my entire personality, but when I have a spare second, I am spending time with my partner and dog watching the sunsets with a wine in hand!

Role at Bungalow Home: Interior Stylist & Marketing/Social Media Coordinator.

Favourite part of your job: Getting to do what I love every day! I’m constantly inspired by the creativity around me - especially from the incredible BH team. I love having the freedom to express my own creativity and style through both interiors and marketing. 

Describe your dream home aesthetic: A light-filled space with a clean, modern foundation and thoughtful mid-century touches - think warm wood tones, bold statement pieces, and an open layout that feels both elevated and effortless. 

Coffee order: Iced long black (always).

Hobbies/interests outside of work: Traveling, hot pilates, and quality time with friends and family - usually involving wining & dining!

Role at Bungalow Home: Senior Property Stylist.

Favourite part of your job: The creative freedom that comes with transforming a space into something considered and harmonious. I love experimenting with different trends, textures and materials, and bringing an empty home to life in a way that feels elevated and inviting.

Describe your dream home aesthetic: An open plan space filled with natural light, rich walnut tones and organic materials. I’m drawn to curated textures, alongside repurposed and vintage-inspired pieces that add character and individuality. I love interiors with a collected sense of warmth and personality throughout.

Coffee order: Decaf Cappuccino - basically just a warm emotional support beverage

Hobbies/interests outside of work: Spending time with family and friends, plus trying as many new food places as possible

Role at Bungalow Home: Interior Designer.

Favourite part of your job: Transforming concepts into 3D models and seeing the vision come to life.

Describe your dream home aesthetic: Moody, autumnal tones and classic mid-century design (who doesn't love a conversation pit?).

Coffee Order: Oat caramel latte.

Hobbies/interests outside of work: I'm into anything creative, but pottery and painting are my go-to's. On weekends, you’ll find me cheering on my favourite Formula One team.

Role at Bungalow Home: Office Administrator.

Favourite part of your job: Assisting the team every day, celebrating both small and big wins, watching projects come to life, and most importantly, being a part of such a creative team. 

Describe your dream home aesthetic: Mediterranean vibes.

Coffee order: Ice vanilla oat latte to start the day.

Hobbies/Interest outside of work: Beach walks and reading a romantic novel that I can’t put down!

Role at Bungalow Home: Procurement and purchasing coordinator.

Favourite part of your job: The best part of my job is providing support to the Bungalow Home Creative Team to bring our clients visions to life. 

Describe your dream home aesthetic: A mixture of natural textures paired with soft, welcoming fabrics. Traditional and reclaimed materials fused with feature modern, pared-back luxury.

Coffee order: Skinny Flat White or Iced Long Black, depending on the weather conditions.

Hobbies/Interest outside of work: Watching my daughters play sport, eating out with friends and family. Keeping fit and healthy whilst also spending quality time with my favourite fur-babies.
